how much does air ride suspension cost for Lincoln Mark VIII?
Hello, im thinking of buying lincoln mark VIII but the owner of the vechle told me that i wold have to convert or install a a new air ride suspension but i have no idea how much it costs thanks if you could help
I doubt that you need to replace the entire system. Most often the problem is a leak in one of the air chambers. You need to find out exactly what the problem is tio have an idea how much it will cost to repair. A single leaking bag about $150 for the part, perhaps another $150 to have a garage install it.
The air suspension systems are very trouble prone when the get older. Just about as soon as you fix one leak it seems a new one develops. Many people replace the air suspension with a spring system. The parts will cost about $500 and I'll take a guess that a garage would charge about $500-$750 to install it.
