what kind of price would you expect to pay for an (a) reg 998cc austin mini.?
it is in reasonable condition and this guy is asking £400 for it. a month ago he wanted £500 for it.
what kind of price would you be looking to pay for a mini of this age, it doesnt have any m.o.t or tax and the brakes need looking at. nothing serious apparantly.i would be looking to buy it at a reasonable price so i can have it as a project. i trust this guy, i work with him but dont want to be ripped off buy him
car without mot is worth roughly 60 squid to a scrap man & you have to deliver it to him ( without an mot this would be ilegal)
offer him £100 pounds & tell him to ring the local scrap man to check out the price or keep it
p.s if the brakes r dodgy & it has no tax how are u going to get it to your hse, pls promise me u will push it home
