The New Chevrolet Corvette 2010 Review
Chevrolet is planning a series of updates for the Corvette for the 2010 model year, with changes affecting the whole range from the basic model all the way to the scorching ZR1 supercar. First and foremost is the introduction of the Grand Sport model, which returns for 2010 with wide-body aircraft style and race-bred suspension. The other major import is a new launch control system as standard on all manual vettes.
Speaking with corvetteblogger, gm Juechter Tadge engineer explained that the new system regulates the engine torque is 100 times per second and is designed to give drivers optimum traction during full-throttle starts.
